MANDARINO

Mandarin. The citrusy scent of Sicily arrived in Italy as an ornamental plant. Arriving across the Mediterranean only in the first half of the 19th century, the mandarin was initially admired as a "botanical curiosity." But its origins are so ancient that it became an emblem of the elite.

The term "mandarin" (from the Portuguese "mandarim") was coined in the 17th century by Portuguese explorers to refer to the golden-orange dress of the wise imperial dignitaries of ancient China, who interpreted the will of heaven and conveyed it to the emperor. The mandarin's scent is delicately sweet, citrusy, slightly sparkling, and cleansing. A stylish diffuser with black reeds will fit perfectly into any interior and fill the space with the scent of your mood.
